Dry rub mix
1/4 cup each salt, black pepper, cyanne pepper, and crushed red pepper.
1 heaping table spoon each granulated garlic & onion power.
1 heaping teaspoon cumin.
If you like a sweet/hot taste add 1/3 cup of brown sugar .
